123Kaboodle Terms and Conditions

  1. It is important that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions for you to use 123Kaboodle hereinafter referred to as “the service”.
  2. All prices and usage rates advertised include taxes.

The Service

  1. The service is an all-in-one new exciting kid’s entertainment experience for families! 123Kaboodle brings you access to a library of shows, classic fairy tales, mobile games, fun music videos to dance to, creative DIY activities and new content to discover daily.
  2. The service is designed for children between the ages of 0-12 years.
  3. There are 3 age categories available to choose from when creating your child/children’s profiles: namely
    • 0 – 4 years
    • 5 – 7 years
    • 8 – 12 years
  4. You can create up to 4 child profiles per subscription.
  5. The service will automatically allocate content based on the child’s age or the parent can choose the age category for content they deem suitable for their children.
  6. Children over the age of 12 years will be allocated content from the 8 – 12 years content category by default.

Trial Period

  1. All new activations will be awarded with a free trial period before being billed for the respective subscription charge. Normal cancellation rules will apply thereafter.
  2. Depending on the selected subscription choice the following trial periods will apply.
    • Daily Subscription will receive a 1-day free trial.
    • Weekly & Monthly subscriptions will receive a 7-day free trial.


  1. You can access free limited content on the service without a subscription.
  2. Paid for content requires an active subscription and there are three options; namely Daily, Weekly and Monthly subscription types.
  3. You can make payment using your mobile airtime through your mobile network.
  4. All subscriptions are charged in advance, i.e. a weekly subscription when activated will give you access to the service for 7 days. Should you cancel the subscription within the 7-day period, you will continue to have access to the service for the remaining period that has been billed for.
  5. Daily subscriptions activated are valid for 24 hours from the time of activation. i.e. if a subscription is activated on 1 December 2019 at 3pm, you will have full access to the service until 3pm the next day.
  6. Weekly subscriptions activated are valid for 7 days from the date and time of activation.
  7. Monthly subscriptions activated are valid for 30 days from the date and time of activation.
  8. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed; you can cancel your subscription at any time.
  9. Parents or guardians who are 18 years or older can activate a subscription.

Downloaded Content

  1. Any downloaded videos will be available on the service for 30 days.
  2. Any videos downloaded on the service will be removed from the “My Downloads” section after 30 days or if the subscription expires, whichever comes first.
  3. Downloaded games (when available) will be available on the service if the subscription is active.
  4. Content from the service may not be shared or distributed to any persons not registered to use the service.

Changing from one subscription to another

You may change your subscription package to another by first cancelling your active subscription and choosing the new subscription package that suits you.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, once cancelled you will still be able to use the service until the validity date, this date can be view under the subscription tab in the settings menu.

Passcode Setup

Setup of a passcode is to restrict the child profiles to change any settings, i.e. viewing times, watch duration and age-related content presented. It is the responsibility of the parent to setup a passcode and manage all preferences.


The use of VPNs and other circumvention tools for regions is prohibited and measures will be taken against such act, Including formal reporting to relevant authorities.

  2. A support agent will respond to all queries within a 24-hour period


  1. The service and any benefits can only be used for private and personal use and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
  2. The customer agrees that the benefits shall not be resold. Failure to adhere to this condition shall be a breach of these product terms and conditions and Mondia shall have the right to immediately suspend the customers and all benefits.
  3. Mondia may amend, modify or otherwise change these terms and conditions in its sole and absolute discretion on notice to you and the amended version will be displayed in the same media as these terms and conditions.
  4. Mondia will notify you before it amends or otherwise changes the terms and conditions. By continuing to participate in the service, you agree and understand that you will be bound by the terms and conditions.
  5. Mondia and any of its agents, directors, affiliates, members or employees shall not be responsible in any way for claims, loss or damages (either direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise), arising from customers' use of the product.
  6. Mondia has the right to withdraw the service in its sole and absolute discretion and will notify customers if it chooses to do so. Customers will not have a claim against Mondia in this event.

Data Protection

Mondia warrants protection of privacy related information and lawful sharing of user’s personal information. Furthermore, Mondia warranties user’s information will not be used in any, shape or form without prior approval – stating clearly the purpose of use of information from the user.

Mondia pays special regard to principles relating to processing of personal data contained in the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), including relevant regulations contained in different territories – Accordingly Mondia will seek to regularly update its compliance with the laws, articles and regulations applicable.
